Founded in 2016 by Vicki Horton and Jerry Hudspeth, Horton & Associates is an Atlanta-based corporate finance and advisory firm serving small and middle-market businesses.

The firm supports companies in building solid, profitable operational and financial strategies and structures that move businesses from concept to execution and position them for sustainable growth.

Vicki Horton is a senior executive, Chief Executive Officer, and strategic advisor with over 35 years of experience leading business start-up, reorganization, and growth initiatives within companies ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion in annual revenue. Ms. Horton has served in executive leadership roles directing operational and financial transformation efforts designed to strengthen enterprise value and long-term performance.

Ms. Horton brings extensive expertise in business feasibility and viability analysis, organizational structuring, financial and operational policy development, waste elimination, personnel assessment, team development, and capital strategy. She works closely with ownership and senior leadership to implement integrated financial, operational, sales, and administrative infrastructures that support disciplined growth and sustainable scalability.

Ms. Horton has significant experience advising family-owned and closely held businesses, including guiding leadership transition from founding generation to next-generation management. Her industry experience includes food and beverage, consumer products, retail, real estate, development, and residential sectors.

In addition to her advisory leadership, Ms. Horton has founded and serves as Chief Executive Officer of multiple companies that collectively generate hundreds of jobs and millions in annual net revenue, bringing direct entrepreneurial and operational leadership expertise to every client engagement.

Jerry Hudspeth is a highly successful senior executive with over 35 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.  Mr. Hudspeth has served as President and CEO for a number of public and private multi-national corporations and is also retained by several major financial institutions and government agencies to provide consulting, analysis and expert opinion regarding ongoing business and legal matters.  Mr. Hudspeth has published a number of papers and articles on management and portfolio servicing, lectured on management at several universities and presented papers at many industry conferences.

Mr. Hudspeth has significant international experience having responsibility for operating companies in Japan, Malaysia, China, England, France, Germany, and Italy. Mr. Hudspeth has also served on a number of external Boards of Directors.
